Chemist Box started as a pharmacy counter in Patna. Today it is a chain of licensed stores across Bihar, each stocked and staffed by a pharmacist who checks prescriptions in person.
The app, the online store and the branch locator all exist to make that shop faster to use — not to replace it. We set out to be a retail standard for trust, speed and consistency in everyday healthcare, and everything below is how we try to hold that up.
