Shipping & delivery.

Order on the app, choose your branch, and collect from the counter. There is no charge for pickup. Orders are held at the branch for a reasonable period; uncollected orders are returned to stock.

We deliver within serviceable areas around our branches across Bihar. Serviceability is confirmed by pincode at checkout. If we cannot deliver to your address, the app will tell you before you pay, and pickup remains available.

Any delivery charge is shown clearly before you pay — it is never added afterwards and is never hidden inside a "platform fee". The amount depends on distance from the fulfilling branch and order value.

Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed and — for prescription items — once our pharmacist has verified the prescription. Verification is the most common reason an order takes longer, so uploading a clear, valid prescription speeds things up considerably.

Delivery windows are shown in the app for your address at the time of ordering, and you can follow the status of your order until it reaches you.

• Someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive the order.
• For certain prescription items we may ask to see the original prescription or a photo ID on delivery.
• Please check the items, and the batch and expiry details, before you accept the order.
• If nobody is available to receive it, the order is returned to the branch and can be collected or rescheduled from the app.

Cold-chain products are packed appropriately for transit. Please refrigerate them immediately on receipt — items left out of required storage conditions after delivery cannot be replaced (see our refund policy).
